The European Data Protection Regulation obliges us to inform you about the processing of personal data. Your data was recorded in our customer relationship management tool. We process and use your personal data in particular to organize and conduct training courses and events, to issue certificates or other instruments for performance classification, for information about and implementation of supplementary offers and generally to promote and present KONE and the corresponding training and event offerings for you and other interested parties in public and on digital platforms. For this purpose, photos and videos are taken and made publicly accessible to a limited extent. KONE GmbH has the unrestricted right to use these photos and videos on the homepage, in social media, press, print products and in any other KONE material - without time, location and content restrictions, for all transmission media and storage techniques. You can object to the use at any time with effect for the future. Depending on the requirements, individual data contents such as addresses and contact data, digitized images, videos and documents or even the entire personal master data record are deleted as soon as they are no longer required. You have the following rights within the meaning of Art. 14.2 of the EU GDPR: right of information, right of appeal to the supervisory authority, right to rectification, right to data transferability, right to restriction of processing or deletion if the interests of the parties so require.
